Mondays and Thursdays are a walk-in clinic with no appointment necessary from 10am-7pm. On other days clinic sessions are available but must be scheduled in advance. First visit only there is an additional $10 surcharge.
We do not require any documentation of income for our sliding scale. To keep our costs low we must accept Cash or checks only in the community clinic.
